Founder and Principal
David is a full-stack engineering leader with 30 years of experience building software and leading the teams that deliver it, across startups, big tech, and enterprise organizations. He has founded three technology companies, contributed to systems at some of the industry's most recognized names, and spent a decade developing the people and practices that turn good engineers into great teams. His background spans every layer of the stack and every stage of the software lifecycle, from defining technical vision as an enterprise architect to writing and shipping production code as a principal engineer, bringing both the strategic perspective of a leader and the technical credibility of a practitioner to every engagement.
